Site Surveys

Our team uses existing documentation, conducts ground-level analyses, or utilizes a thorough audit to assess aspects of your existing lighting.
Photometrics
Our photometrics service consists of a simulation and report of your facilities and their lighting. Our team creates lighting designs for each facility that show appropriate light distribution in the areas surrounding your facilities, managing the lighting throughout parking lots and on walkways adjacent to the structure. Photometrics also help to identify potential safety concerns where lighting may not be sufficient and ensure you’re able to meet IES FC standards.
Lighting as a Service (LaaS)
Lighting-as-a-Service from Stratus is an innovative new way to complete a full LED retrofit that’s cash flow positive from day one. There are no out-of-pocket costs, and you gain a single service teammate for all warranty, installation, and repair requirements. You receive a dedicated account management team, LED lighting equipment procurement and installation, ongoing maintenance, and even rebate administration to maximize your savings opportunities. The costs are all paid through maintenance and energy savings.
Installation & Repair
Need assistance with electrical installation or repair? The Stratus facilities maintenance team will assist you with a variety of electrical installation and repair services. We offer on-call as well as proactive electrical and lighting repair using local, licensed electricians, voice and data repair for connections and cabling, installation of new power and data equipment, disconnection or relocation of power, breaker installation, and more. Whatever your electrical repair and installation requirements may be, we’ll design a custom program specific to you and manage it from start to finish.
Disaster Recovery

Data Solutions
Stratus provides a variety of data solutions for companies looking for support with cabling installation and termination within their data centers. Service offerings include Cat6 and data cabling installation, such as installing new drops in server rooms, floor-to-ceiling conduit sleeves, connectors, clamps, and more. For termination, we install new ends on cabling and fish cabling down power poles for connection.
