Stratus values privacy in personal information. This Privacy Policy governs the use of the Stratus mobile application product, MC OnSite, and its web-based product, Partner Connect (collectively, the “Products”), and explains what information Stratus and its affiliated companies (collectively, “Stratus”) collect and what they may do with that information. This Privacy Policy describes Stratus practices and policies with respect to information collected through use of the Products. It does not state Stratus general practices or policies.
WHAT INFORMATION DOES STRATUS COLLECT AND USE?
The Products are designed to collect and use the user names, passwords, business names, business addresses, mailing addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and real time location information of Stratus field partners in relation to their performance of services for Stratus customers at project sites. The Products do not collect cookies, browsing history, or financial information.
HOW DOES STRATUS COLLECT INFORMATION?
The Products use information voluntarily submitted by Stratus field partners upon the creation of an account for the use of the Products and during the field partners’ performance of services.
FOR WHAT PURPOSES DOES STRATUS USE THE INFORMATION?
Stratus uses information collected to facilitate the timely and successful completion of projects for its customers, including, but not limited to, the following purposes: transmitting documents and photographs; communication; assessing and verifying field partner performance; and allowing Stratus’s clients to assess and verify field partner performance.
WHAT INFORMATION DOES STRATUS SHARE WITH THIRD PARTIES?
Stratus may provide to its customers, or may enable its customers to access, information regarding a field partner’s real time location information for the purposes of assessing and verifying the field partner’s performance at a project site. In addition, Stratus may disclose such information it believes to be legally required to disclose. Stratus may share aggregated data derived from the Products, including, but limited to, statistics about the frequency of the use of the Products. Stratus may also transfer data from the Products to a successor entity in connection with a merger, consolidation, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or other corporate change.
HOW IS THE INFORMATION STORED AND HOW LONG IS IT KEPT?
Stratus will retain the information provided in the Products for all long as the field partner maintains an active account and uses the Products. Stratus uses industry standard data-retention policies with respect to deactivated accounts. Field partners may stop the collection of information by deactivating their accounts and uninstalling the Products.
WHAT IF THIS PRIVACY POLICY IS CHANGED?
Stratus reserves the right to update and revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated and revised Privacy Policies will be posted on the Stratus website at https://www.stratusunlimited.com/
